If you have lived in New York City, you know about the ubiquitous “Bodega cat” – the cat you find lounging around the corner store whose job it is to keep the mice away.
Well, today is a photo of what I am calling “Cannabis cat.” This cat comes with its owner to the Saturday Farmer’s Market in Grand Army Plaza outside Prospect Park in Brooklyn. At the Farmer’s Market, along with fruit and vegetable stands, are vendors selling jewelry, clothing, sunglasses, and various forms of cannabis products. One of the cannabis vendors always brings his cat and this is him.
Today he’s even wearing a scarf.
