Are you constantly worried about how others view you?

More important than asking yourself how others view you, is asking yourself who and how you want to be in the world. Are you clear about:

·      your most important values?

·      your life purpose?

Your values and life purpose serve as your foundation in the world. When you live in alignment with your values and your purpose, you know you are being your best self. When you have set the standard by which you want to live, how others view you becomes irrelevant.
