When working with organizations, my understanding of systems and organization dynamics enable me to help clients see a bigger picture. I help my clients understand how all parts, teams, departments, etc., in an organization impact all other parts, enabling me to work more holistically with my clients. We gain wide perspective and learn about needs/concerns through: email surveys, focus groups, interviews, and large group forums. This data ensures that the result of the work will meet the organization’s actual needs not just perceived needs.
