Podcast Series

Author, coach and behavioral expert Deb Howard has announced the launch of a new Podcast series based on her successful memoir, Mystery of Memory: Telling My Truth, Standing My Ground. In each episode, she puts her own voice to the book, bringing to life insight and inspiration for anyone who has struggled with self-doubt or dealt with the effects of trauma.

Episode 2: Hypnosis
This is Episode 2 of my memoir, Mystery of Memory: Telling My Truth, Standing My Ground. Each week, I share another episode of my journey to find my voice and overcome self-doubt. If you haven’t listened to Episode 1, please start there. In last week’s episode, I was suffering from depression, followed by a mysterious vision. Will hypnosis help me find the memories to explain my depression and this vision?

Episode 3: Uncovering Childhood Memories
